BizCRM is a simple, mobile-friendly Business Leads Management System designed for small and medium enterprises (SMEs).
It helps users capture enquiries and prospects, schedule follow-ups, track sales stages, update customer information, search records and export lead data.
The objective is to give an SME a practical working flow:
Lead -> Contact -> Follow-up -> Enquiry/RFQ -> Quotation -> Customer
1. Open the BizCRM link supplied to you.
2. Enter your username and password.
3. Select Login.
4. The main BizCRM screen opens after successful login.
If your subscription/access period has expired, login will be restricted. Use the Plans / Demo / Payment page or contact Bizman Associates through WhatsApp.
Use this tab to add a new prospect, enquiry or customer contact.
Shows leads that require action today or are overdue.
Shows the complete lead database, including customers and lost opportunities.
Enter the available details and select Save Lead.

Suppose a local business receives an enquiry from Sunrise Offices for 20 office chairs.
A useful entry could be:

Available sources include:
Use the correct source whenever possible. Over time this helps an SME understand which channels produce useful business enquiries.
Lead is recorded but meaningful contact has not yet taken place.
Initial contact has been made.
The prospect has shown genuine interest.
Further action is required.
A formal request for price/quotation has been received or is expected.
A quotation has been shared.
Price, quantity, delivery or commercial discussion is underway.
The lead has converted.
The opportunity is closed without conversion.
New -> Contacted -> Interested -> Follow-up -> RFQ -> Quotation Sent -> Negotiation -> Customer
Use Lost when the opportunity is no longer active.
Open the Follow-ups tab to see records where the follow-up date is:
Future follow-ups remain hidden until they become due.
The most overdue leads are shown first.
Only 10 records are displayed per page. Use Previous and Next to move through additional records.

BizCRM will show only matching leads.
Tap Call to open the device's dialler.
Tap WhatsApp to start a WhatsApp conversation with the saved number.
For normal 10-digit Indian mobile numbers, BizCRM assumes country code +91.
Tap Email to open the device's configured email application.
Select Edit / Update on the lead card.
You can change:
Company and Phone remain mandatory.
Select Save Changes.
If a lead is changed to Customer or Lost, it no longer appears in active Follow-ups but remains in All Leads.
All Leads displays the complete lead database.
Only 10 records per page are loaded for faster use.
The screen displays the current range and total records, for example:
Showing 1-10 of 248 leads
Use Previous and Next to move through pages.
Select Download CSV from All Leads.
The CSV export follows the current:
Important: it exports all matching records, not only the current 10-record page.
Examples:
CSV files can be opened in Microsoft Excel, Google Sheets, LibreOffice Calc and other spreadsheet applications.
1. Login.
2. Open Follow-ups.
3. Handle overdue leads first.
4. Call / WhatsApp / Email the prospect.
5. Update the status.
6. Set the next follow-up date.
7. Add a short note describing the latest discussion and next action.
Add new leads as soon as they are received.
Check that important active leads have:
Use the proper business name wherever possible.
Enter a working phone/mobile number.
For international contacts, include the country code.
Keep notes concise and action-oriented.
Good example:
Interested in 20 office chairs. Quotation requested for delivery next week. Follow up Wednesday.
Weak example:
Interested.
Active opportunities should normally have a next action date.
Update the status whenever the sales situation changes.
Phone is mandatory so each lead remains contactable.
The Follow-ups tab displays only records due today or overdue.
The follow-up may have been moved to a future date, or the lead may have been marked Customer or Lost.

BizCRM loads only 10 records per page to reduce unnecessary transfer.
Check:
1. Is a Follow-up Date entered?
2. Is the date today or earlier?
3. Is the record marked Customer or Lost?
4. Is a search/filter hiding the record?
5. Tap Refresh once.
The device/browser must support telephone links.
A desktop PC without calling software may not respond to a Call link.
Review the saved phone number.
For Indian mobile contacts, enter the normal 10-digit mobile number. For international contacts, include the country code.
Check that:
1. Tap Download CSV once.
2. Wait while the file is prepared.
3. Check the browser Downloads folder.
4. Allow browser downloads if prompted.
5. Retry after checking the internet connection.
BizCRM allows more than one entry for the same company because a business may have multiple contacts or enquiries.
Search the company or phone before adding a new record if you want to avoid duplication.
Open All Leads, search the record, select Edit / Update, correct it and save.
Find the record in All Leads, edit it, choose the correct status and set a new follow-up date if necessary.
Login again.
1. Enter every serious enquiry promptly.
2. Keep phone numbers accurate.
3. Set follow-up dates for active opportunities.
4. Record the next action in Notes.
5. Update Status after meaningful conversations.
6. Review overdue follow-ups daily.
7. Use Lead Source consistently.
8. Download CSV periodically for analysis or reporting.
9. Mark Customer only after conversion.
10. Mark Lost when the opportunity is genuinely closed.
